1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in Logistics Management, International Trade, Shipping Management, Business English, or related fields.
2. 1-3 years or more of sales experience in the international logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industry, with familiarity in sea freight operation processes.
3. Preference for candidates with a stable customer base and comprehensive experience in local cargo solicitation and feeder services.
4. Excellent business negotiation skills, customer communication abilities, and strong stress tolerance.
5. Fluent in spoken English, proficient in handling English emails and contracts, with proficiency in other languages (such as Arabic or French) as a plus.
