I. Customer Development & Relationship Maintenance:
1. Establish a personal customer visit ledger, dynamically updating customer needs (product types, route preferences, monthly shipment volume) and key concerns (price/efficiency/service stability);
2. Prepare quarterly analysis reports on successful and unsuccessful customer visits, and formulate improvement strategies;
II. External Customer Resource Expansion:
Maintain communication with industry peers, gather market intelligence, and expand route resources through cooperation, such as joint routes, space swapping, or buying/selling space;
III. Establishment of Singapore Headquarters:
1. Assist relevant group departments in setting up the Group's Singapore company;
2. Attract industry talents from the regional talent market and build an operations team;
IV. Business Collaboration:
Maintain good relationships with peer headquarters and provide high-quality freight rate resources for HISTRONG.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in International Trade, Marketing, Engineering Management, or related fields;
2. More than 3 years of experience in business development or project management in logistics, trade-related industries, or listed companies; logistics/shipping industry background is preferred;
3. Familiar with the calculation rules for detention and demurrage charges at major global ports, and knowledgeable about fluctuation patterns in the container leasing market (interplay between long-term contract rates and spot market rates);
4. Fluent in both Chinese and English;
5. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong stress tolerance and cross-departmental coordination skills;
6. Training in International Trade Practices, Cross-cultural Negotiation, Project Management (e.g., PMP), or Compliance and Risk Control.
