1. Assist Chenxin Integrated Shipping in establishing its regional headquarters in Turkey;  

2. Support the Human Resources department in building the route operations team for Chenxin Integrated Shipping;  

3. Maintain communication with industry peers, gather market intelligence, and expand route resources through cooperation, such as joint routes, space swapping, or buying/selling space, achieving the expansion of at least one route;  

4. Maintain good relationships with Turkish ports and peer headquarters, and provide high-quality freight rate resources for HISTRONG.

1. Majors in Shipping Management or International Trade are preferred;  

2. Over five years of experience in international shipping/logistics, familiar with markets such as Turkey, the Black Sea, and the Mediterranean, and knowledgeable about Turkish customs and shipping regulations;  

3. Strong stress tolerance, results-oriented, and preference for candidates with local shipping partner resources in Turkey;  

4. Proficiency in Turkish and English, with Mandarin proficiency as a plus;  

5. Experience in building a route operations team from scratch (covering crew, dispatching, customer service, etc.) and cross-cultural team collaboration experience is preferred.
